My great uncle Ernie rode his brand new 1920’s J-model Harley “Polly” during the Oakland Motorcycle Club events. He was a dare devil, he raced it, he jumped it, he rode it to Virginia City often. Exchanges & Returns:
In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us as soon as possible so you can return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase arriving.
Any item that has been “tested”, or “taken on a test ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. All returns/ exchanges must be in new, unused condition. Including all tagging and packaging to be intact. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way (unless you received it damaged). After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a full refund and a 15% re-stocking fees may apply.
- Discontinued product (Close-Out) sales are final, return requests will not be accepted.
- All/Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Item(s) must be in new condition and all tagging/packaging must be attached.
For items that become "out of stock" before we are able to ship them to you, you will receive a full refund for it and we apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes our stock doesn't update correctly or there is a time lag depending on which side of the world you live on.
Shipping Charges:
We provide a return label in case of damage, warranty, or wrong item exchanges only. Please contact me on email (vcmotorcompany@gmail.com) prior to your return for instructions. For regular return and exchanges you are responsible for shipping to us and we will take care of the shipping fee when sending it back to you. (Please Note: Any original shipping charges are non-refundable).
Warranty:
- All of our Daniel Smart Leather branded items come with a LIFETIME Warranty.
- Our Non-Leather Daniel Smart branded items are covered with ONE (1) YEAR Warranty.
- Our Daniel Smart Promo/Economy lines have a 90 DAYS Warranty.
- All products that are not manufactured by Daniel Smart are covered by their manufacturer warranty.
- Shirts, Hoodies, custom design gear has a 60 day warranty from defects.
This covers all Zippers, Snaps and Construction such as Stitching. The Warranty does not cover Leather Tears or Soiling from liquids or weather-related deterioration or misuse of the item. Normal wear and tear are excluded and item must not be altered in any manner.
*If the Item(s) Are Being Returned Under Our Warranty Policy, Please Note: We will repair the item and ship it back to you at no shipping expense to you. If the item is not repairable, a credit memo will be issued, no replacement will be sent. Please place a new order if replacement item needed.
Our Non-Daniel Smart branded items / Custom Shirts / Jewelry / Helmets / are covered by their own manufacturer's 60 day warranty,

HELP STOP HOLIDAY SHIPPING NIGHTMARES
Please order your products as early as possible this year. Most leather goods will ship quickly, but once it's in the hands of the carrier, I have no control over when it will arrive.
Most Shirts and Hoodies, should be ordered before December 5th to get them on time to go under the tree. Again, once it ships from the manufacturer, I have no control over how fast or slow it goes.
This year shipping is determined by the Post Office & UPS. I'm sure those men and women are working extremely hard to get you the products as quickly as possible. I would like to encourage your patience with them as we all work through this dynamic time together.

Virginia City Motorcycle Company T-Shirts and Accessories utilizes a 3rd party shipper. (aka Drop-shipping) You will find that our original designed T-Shirts are custom made just for you and shipped direct from the supplier.
Front/Back design shirts 7 - 15 days
All-Over shirt design 15-30 days
Hoodies all-over design 15-30 days
Some Jewelry 15-45 days
Some Jewelry 3-10 days
Leather goods from Daniel Smart 3-10 days
Bike Accessories from Daniel Smart 3-10 days

The T-Shirts and Hoodies and Pillows take about 12 days from the time of your order - a few days to make and a few more to ship. They are all made to order.
Shipping from US manufacturers:
Due to the restrictions that have been put in place, products shipped from the US may experience disruptions and delays. Your order is important to us and we will be monitoring shipping as closely as possible to advise of any delays.
If delays in shipping products become cancellations by the manufacturer we will gladly refund your money. We thank you for your patients in the crisis and hope you enjoy the products you purchase from us. -p.s., the pullover hoodies are super comfortable.
EVENT SHIRTS: Currently, I have shirts from past events, some can no longer be obtained on the regular website. CLOSE OUT ITEMS. These are all packaged up and ready for immediate shipping from my place. After payment I can get these in the mail the next day.
CHRISTMAS: After December 1st I can not guarantee delivery by Christmas. If you are ordering (from the USA) a Shirt or Hoodie with "all-over" printing or multiple colors/prints on one product (not the standard front logo with back design) Please Place your Order well before December 1st and your order should arrive before Christmas.
Please remember each T-Shirt is custom made just for you, so it will take 5-7 days to make and then time to ship. I usually see these standard T-shirts arrive within 15 days from the time of order.
